I purchased the DeWalt 12-volt NiCad pivoting head flashlight (w/o battery). It arrived promptly and was very well packed. It was first quality and exactly as described. I plugged a charged battery in and it worked as it should. I use it every day in my work and it is durable and takes a lot of punishment, dropped, bounces around in the back of a P/U truck, scooted & dragged along the ground, tossed from person to person etc. Excellent product.
