It arrived in a dented case, oil bottle was less than half full and the flat head chisel bit looked used. I don't know about you, but when I buy new I expect new. It took many emails and MY TIME to get it straightened out and it is still not to my satisfaction. The "NEW" replacement bit still looks used.
I was offered a partial refund of $25 but received $20. The shipment that was supposed to have my "NEW" bit had some other parts that did not even match anything on my jack hammer so I had to send it back. When I contacted them again via email, I sent a picture with it so they could get it right.
I looked at bits in stores and they do not have divots in the tips and they do not look like someone used a grinder to level them out. All in all, I am not happy with this aspect of my purchase nor the outcome. However the product works well and fulfills it's claim.
